Trial Period

Try a headset today! NRG offers a trial period of five business days, so that customers are completely confident and satisfied with their headset choice.

Repair Services

If products require repairs, NRG will take care of the associated hassle and paper work. It’s as simple as sending in your equipment with. Once the repair center assesses the equipment, NRG will advise of associated options and costs (if applicable). You decide how to proceed and it’s all taken care of.


Troubleshooting & Technical Support

NRG representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00 pm CST to assist with set up, testing , technical support or general questions free of charge.

Loaner

When headsets fail, business is disrupted. NRG eases the inconvenience by providing a temporary replacement unit for use until equipment has been fully repaired and returned back to your facility.

Rental

If your organization is faced with a short therm project and the use of headsets will increase efficiencies, NRG can provide rental equipment for the duration of the project.
